IIT JEE 2012

IIT JEE 2012  i.e. Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Examination 2012 is the Entrance Examination for admission into undergraduate programs in Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). IIT JEE 2012 is the two paper examination (IIT JEE 2012 Paper I and IIT JEE 2012 Paper II), The exam shall be conducted on a single day across India. How to Prepare for Jamia Milia Islamia Engineering Entrance Exam (JMIEE)?

The Jamia Milia Islamia conducts separate entrance test for candidate’s admission into B. Tech courses. This is authorized under special act of Parliament and central university of India in December 1988. This is a highly reputed university for various fields which include arts, literature, management, social sciences etc. The candidate should have completed higher secondary exam or equivalent exam from the recognized board or university. They should have minimum of 45% marks in physics, chemistry and maths. Those who have appeared for 12th exam can also apply for this test. Normally the exams will be on the last week of May.


Structure of JMIEE

The Entrance Exam consists of objective type questions with multiple choices. They have to choose the answer. They will need to select the correct option. The duration of the test is 3 hours. The maximum mark for this entrance test is 170 marks. The questions are from physics, chemistry and mathematics subjects.

All India Pre Medical Test Eligibility Criteria

AIPMT is an entrance exam conducted at the National Level. This is for the admission of candidates to MBBS and BDS courses in various reputed colleges in India. The CBSE organizes this exam. All the reputed medical/dental colleges in India give 15% seats for the AIPMT cleared candidates.

Essential academic qualifications for All India Pre Medical Test

The candidates who have passed the higher secondary examination from a reputed institute are eligible for this examination. Also it is compulsory that they must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology during their higher secondary education. Those who are appearing for the examination or awaiting their results can also apply. But they must produce the qualifying examination certificates at the time of admission.

Age Qualification for All India Pre Medical Test

The candidates who wish to take part in this exam should satisfy some age criterion. It is compulsory that they must have attained 17 years of age. Also the upper age limit is 25 years. The reserved categories are given 5 years relaxation. These include SC/ ST and OBC candidates.

Who can apply for All India Pre Medical Entrance Test?

The candidates who have pursued a pass in 10+2 examinations are eligible for this exam. However exceptions are applied to the candidates from Andhra Pradesh and J&K. The domicile candidates of these states are not eligible for applying this exam. If they wish to take part, they should produce necessary document duly attested by Metropolitan Magistrate/ First Class Judicial Magistrate. Also if they qualify the exam, they are not eligible to take admission in Medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh and J&K.

Some reservations for candidates belonging to the deprived categories
15% seats are reserved for SC candidates
7.5% seats are reserved for ST candidates
27% seats are reserved for non-creamy layer OBC
3% seats are reserved on horizontal basis for PH candidates

Eligibility for the Foreign Nationals/NRI/PIO for All India Pre Medical Test

Only Indian citizens are eligible for this examination. The non resident Indians are also eligible. But they must satisfy all the eligibility criterions.

All India PG Dental Entrance Test- Only Indian citizens are entitled to apply for this exam. The candidate must have a B.D.S degree from an accepted Dental College.
All India PG Medical Entrance Test- Only citizens of India can apply for this exam. Candidates should have an M.B.B.S degree from an accepted college of medicine.
Consortium of Medical and Dental Colleges of Karnataka Post Graduate Entrance Test- Candidates must have finished their M.B.B.S/B.D.S degree from an acknowledged Medical/Dental College.
Delhi University Super-specialty Entrance Test – Candidates applying for this exam must have cleared the MBBS course. They must also have finished a one year of mandatory internship.
Maharashtra Post Graduate Medical/Dental Entrance Exam – Candidates who are applying for this exam must have passed their MBBS course from an acknowledged university.
Maharashtra Super-specialty Entrance Test – Candidates must have a Postgraduate MD/MS degree from an accepted University.
